I have used other realtors before, as I have been buying and selling homes over the last 35 years. She stands out among all of the realtors I have used. She was always easy to reach; connected me with the necessary trades people I needed and made my search, buying and move easy and fun! Considering that I was relocating from Aurora to Wasaga Beach, she was always present when I could not be there. There was always a smile on her face and she had a positive, cheery disposition every time we met or connected.Sharon Eisner2024-06-06

As your Collingwood and Blue Mountain REALTOR®, my goal is to earn your confidence and represent you on the purchase or sale on your next home by getting to know a little more about me.
I was born in Fredericton, N.B. After graduating from the University of New Brunswick with a 4 yr. Bachelor of Education I moved to Toronto where I began my teaching career in 1981. Working exclusively for independent private schools, I progressed up the ranks and moved from teacher to administrator. The last 14 years of my teaching career were spent at Holy Trinity School (HTS), an exclusive independent school in Richmond Hill as Director of the Junior School and then the school’s first Director of Development. In my capacity as Development Director I was responsible for raising over $6 million dollars for the school’s capital campaign, all special events, alumni relations and marketing.
My husband Stephen and I purchased our first condo in Collingwood in 1992 at Lighthouse Point. For 12 years we were weekenders, fleeing the city every Friday night and dreading the return every Sunday evening! In August of 2004, we decided to make the leap and sell our home in Unionville and move permanently to Collingwood.
Upon hearing the announcement by the Headmaster at HTS, one of the parents approached me and asked if I would be interested in working for him at project he was starting in Collingwood of high end, luxury waterfront condos called Admirals Gate. Always up for a challenge, I jumped at the chance and a real estate career was born.
Organization, attention to detail, a love of people, sense of humour and hard work ethic are just a few words that describe me. When choosing a REALTOR®, I can help you buy or sell the perfect place to call home!
As your Collingwood and Blue Mountains Real Estate Agent, my goal is to earn your confidence and represent you with the purchase or sale on your next home by getting to know a little more about me.
I was born and raised in West London, England and moved to Canada in November 2004 with my husband and two young children. We chose Collingwood as we felt it was a wonderful place to raise our children and we have not been disappointed at all.
I started my early career in the banking industry and went on to run the purchase ledger department of a small building company. Within two years I was recruited by Glaxo to work in their Financial Accounting Team and from there my career progressed. I was asked if I wanted to study for my accountancy qualifications and whilst working at Glaxo I completed a two year part time course and became a Chartered Management Accountant. I was heavily involved in the financial accounting process work in relation to the acquisition of the Welcome Foundation and the subsequent merger with SmithKlineBeecham and laterally became responsible for the UK Inter Company financing department for GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) PLC.
After marrying, and having 2 children, I decided that I would like to fulfill my lifelong dream and move to Canada, a country I had visited many times as a child. Once settled my husband set up a successful plumbing company and I went back to school and took the real estate courses in 2006, something in which I had always been very interested. My husband and I have become entrenched in the community through our children and while they were growing up they participated in lots of sport including hockey, skiing, swimming, soccer to name but a few.
I am tenacious, dedicated and committed to providing the best possible service to my clients, many of which I have kept in contact with and see on a regular basis. I love what I do and I love where I live!
I come from a family with a wealth of experience and knowledge in the Real Estate industry. Before gaining my Real Estate licence I spent seven years serving in the Canadian Army as an Infantryman. I’m passionate about my Country, my community and serving those within that community. My military experience coupled with a business related education and previous sales/customer service experience gives me the expertise and mindset required to provide professional, conscientious and knowledgeable service to my clients. I bring the sense of service and dedication found daily in the military to my business and to each and every one of my clients.
My name is Jacki Binnie and I have lived in Collingwood since 2011.
Originally from Scotland, I came to Canada with my family in 1992.
We moved to Collingwood as my 4 children were all growing older and moving on with their own lives, and the time just seemed right!
My background is in Education, having been a teacher in a private school in Richmond Hill, Ontario, for 15 years, and the owner of a private learning center for 5 years.
I have known Sherry for 20+ years having met as teachers in the same school, and working together for 7 years.
It is great to come full circle, working now with Sherry again, in a very different environment, but equally rewarding! And meeting and working with Emma has also been a great experience. Both Sherry and Emma are extremely hardworking and knowledgeable individuals, with a strong moral compass, which is evident on a daily basis!
After joining as an administrative assistant to the Rioux Baker Team in 2015, I experienced first- hand what it means to deal professionally and with integrity, with all of our clients. It was a natural next step to become a licensed Realtor and stay within the RiouxBakerTeam, benefitting from the collective expertise in this first-class Brokerage!
There is never a dull moment in the office with Sherry and Emma…they know how to get the job done, with integrity, and still keep a sense of humour!!
Jacki Binnie has been a great asset in successfully presenting and concluding the rental of our new condominium unit. She has always provided excellent and professional knowledge of all of the necessary transactions of what otherwise would have been a difficult process for us. We trust Jackie implicitly and will continue to count on her and Sotheby’s for future real estate needs.

With over a decade of experience in real estate, Michael Maish has been serving the Beaver Valley and Grey Highlands region since 2013. Specializing in residential properties with a focus on larger acreages and mixed-use properties, Michael’s deep knowledge of the rural landscape makes him an invaluable resource for buyers and sellers alike.
Beyond real estate, Michael co-owns and operates The Roost, an award-winning winery in The Blue Mountains, which adds a unique perspective to his work. His approach is grounded in professionalism, openness, and ethics, with a creative flair stemming from his personal experience managing rural properties.
Living and working in the Beaver Valley, near the village of Kimberley, Michael is deeply connected to the local community. When he’s not helping clients, you’ll find him enjoying the outdoors—running, skiing, or embracing any opportunity to connect with nature.
I was born in Manila City, Philippines; raised in Mississauga, Ontario; and lived much of my adult life in downtown Toronto (interrupted by a 3-year stint in Victoria, BC) before moving to Wasaga Beach with my husband in 2015.
After earning an arts degree in history and political science from the University of Toronto, I realized that there was little demand for historians or political scientists, so I wisely began a career in office administration. Over the years, I worked my way up from receptionist to eventually becoming a finance administrator.
Since moving to Wasaga Beach, I have completely embraced life in the Georgian Bay area. In the summer, there’s a good chance you’ll find me enjoying the beach with friends and family, chatting with neighbours on the street, working in my garden, or paddling around Georgian Bay with my dog, Seven. Winter is equally fun and filled with outdoor activities. However, of all the great things that one can do here during winter time, there’s nothing I enjoy more than hitting the slopes at nearby Blue Mountain, and sharing après-ski with my family and friends.
