I like Rupert’s Landing. It’s a clean, well maintained development at an affordable price point offering a range of amenities and best of all, a waterside location. Prices in recent years have come down due to competition from newer developments making this a good time to buy in Rupert’s Landing. It’s quiet with mature landscaping and attractive designs that have stood the test of time. Look for units that are recently upgraded and that feature gas fireplaces.
