    Are freehold townhomes under category detached homes or condominiums ( potl). Also in your opinion are the new phase 4 townhomes at blue fairway priced correctly?

    Hi Sandy
    We have very few freehold towns in the area but there are a few and they are under residential and not condos. In regard to Blue Fairway, they have always sold out quickly and know their pricing.
