    Hi,does a foreign buyer need to pay 15% foreign buyers tax when buying a property in Collingwood?

    Hi Sara
    Yes, if it is in Collingwood then it is in Simcoe County where the tax applies. If however, they are in Blue Mountain, the property would then be in Grey County where the tax does NOT apply.
